Héctor is a first-generation college graduate. Throughout his college years he demonstrated his leadership skills as the president of multiple clubs and “an example to many with his background” (College President’s Personal Recognition). Héctor optioned degrees in Food Process/Food Analysis, Economics, International Business, and Multiple International Business with Emphases in Treaties in North America. His education was accomplished in different countries and languages, including the #1 private school in his country.
Héctor’s education, training, and development were done at different real estate companies. Gaining knowledge and experiences from each of them he is able to bring this high level of performance to the clients he serves. Héctor has a broad knowledge of the real estate industry internationally (Gained knowledge in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate industry in Mexico), by working projects as Malls/Shopping Centers, Beach Front High Rises, and Numerous Home Developments.
