Very popular embark built in 2014. Shows like an absolute model with diagonal large tiles in all living areas plus master bedroom. The house has designer paint, handsome crown molding and an open Great room floorplan. The granite kitchen has a breakfast bar, stainless appliances and wonderfully done backsplash. The laundry room has stainless washer and dryer, cabinets and a deep sink. There is a dining area too. This home is light and bright, has plantation shutters, custom shades and two bedrooms and two baths. The master suite has a slider to backyard, dual vanities and a nice walk-in closet. The second bedroom is up front for great privacy for all. A large extended patio to enjoy with friends and very nice desert landscaping completes the picture. Furniture is available outside escrow per inventory list. This home feels brand new - very softly used by part- time owners. Let's make a deal so you can be settled for the season.

INDIO

An Overview of Indio

Indio, "the City of Festivals," is the municipal anchor for the Eastern Coachella Valley cities, including Coachella, Mecca, Salton City and Thermal. Indio is located east of Palm Springs, just past the city of La Quinta on the Highway 111 corridor.

One of the oldest cities in the Coachella Valley, Indio began as a railroad town, serving as the mid-way point for the Southern Pacific Railroad`s trek between Yuma, Arizona and Los Angeles. Indio quickly grew into an agricultural center due to its arid climate, year-round sunshine and the ability of local farmers to attain irrigational water through artesian wells and later via the Coachella Valley`s branch of the All-American Canal.
