Bennion Deville Homes is moving its agents and staff from its Palm Springs Midtown office to the Palm Springs Main and Palm Springs South offices in order to bolster its agent support and meet growing demand for real estate services in Palm Springs.

Bennion Deville Homes, the Coachella Valley’s largest real estate brokerage with a 3-to-1 advantage in closed sales volume over its closest competitor, is revamping its Palm Springs office structure. The agents and staff from its Palm Springs Midtown office will be moving to its Palm Springs Main office, located at 850 North Palm Canyon, and Palm Springs South office, located at 2465 East Palm Canyon Drive, Suite 605. The move creates space for their CV Escrow services company to expand into the office space where the Midtown office currently resides.

Bennion Deville Homes is proud to welcome REALTOR Tyler Phillips to the Palm Springs Midtown office, located at 1255 East Ramon Road. Tyler leverages his 16-year military career to help buyers and sellers, as well as military families, throughout the Coachella Valley, specializing in the City of Palm Springs.

Prior to serving clients as a Realtor, Tyler served our country in the Marine Corps. His experience in the armed forces set him up nicely for his career in real estate because many of the same skills he developed to help others in combat situations carry over into his role as a real estate professional. “You have to take decisive action based on the information at hand, something that, although not as dramatic in real estate, comes in handy when working with clients on life-changing decisions,” Tyler says. “Consulting and negotiating are also two critical components to success in the military since most of our tasks and duties were centered around working as a team. Being able to work with others in high-stress situations and navigate the proper channels to a successful outcome is imperative.” Tyler also cites mentoring others as a big part of his role in the military, a facet of his past life that he brings to the table to educate and inspire his clients.

Real estate has always been something that Tyler wanted to do, and the profession aligns perfectly with his desire to help others advance their lives. “I love the idea of what a home represents to a family. The fact that I get to share that passion with others so they may make the best choices for their respective lives is an amazing part of my role in real estate,” continues Tyler. He also relishes the opportunity to work with and meet new people, especially other military families, a lifestyle and unique set of needs that Tyler understands intimately.

Tyler enjoys his detail as a real estate professional, working closely with clients and implementing the discipline and honor ingrained in him as a Marine to create a distinct brand of service. The underlying factor in all client relationships is motivation, and making sure that the needs that drive that motivation, are being met. “In order to get to the root of what inspires someone to act, you have to effectively communicate with them. It takes asking the right questions and actively listening to open the door, and then being honest and up front to gain the trust required to carry out the transaction,” Tyler adds.

Beyond his passion for creating a better quality of life for others, Tyler and his fiancée are fierce in their love of rescuing greyhounds by participating in greyhound retirement days and adopting this elegant dog. “The athletic qualities of greyhounds are exploited in the world of dog racing, where they are not cared for properly and treated inhumanely. We want to do something for our best friends by rescuing them from this horrible life and showing them that unconditional love that they show us as ‘Man’s best friend.’”

Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes Realtor Alison Riccio to the Carlsbad office, located at 300 Carlsbad Village Drive, Suite 217. Alison, who has a B.A. from Temple University, earned her license in 2014 and works with buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County, specializing in the communities of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, and La Jolla.

Alison’s first taste of real estate came at a very early age, watching her grandparents rehab and sell homes along the Jersey shore. “I was inspired to become a third-generation real estate professional because of my early exposure to the industry,” says Alison. “The luxury lifestyle that my grandparents’ business portrayed, coupled with the work of developing homes alongside them, developed my love for real estate and a desire to make it my full-time career. For me, becoming a real estate agent is coming full-circle.”

As a legacy real estate agent, Alison understands what it takes to be successful in the business, starting with building a strong brand of client service. Randy has been in real estate since he was in his mid-20s, and holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Coachella Valley, specializing in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert.

Originally from the East Coast, Randy moved to the Greater Palm Springs area in 2013 after visiting on vacation over the years. Bennion Deville Homes La Quinta Renews Annual Bonds At Oasis Elementary

Members of Bennion Deville Homes La Quinta, and affiliate Ivy Scott of SoCal Direct Lending (right) recently visited the 4th Grade students at Oasis Elementary School in Thermal.

Since 2008, Bennion Deville Homes has built a lasting, special bond with the 4th grade classes at Oasis Elementary School in Thermal.  Every August, agents and staff from the La Quinta office, located at 47-250 Washington Street, visit these bright kids at the beginning of the school year to drop off school supplies and treats, starting a new cycle of what has become an annual tradition that all 4th graders at the school eagerly anticipate. This is the first of three visits throughout the year and establishes an immediate connection between the new students and the professionals at Bennion Deville Homes.

Recently, Managing Broker Sandy Beakey and Realtors® Candida Garcia, Susan Jacobs, Elaine Leib, Roger Sullivan, and Scott Woodard, as well as SoCal Direct Lending affiliate Ivy Scott, made the trip to introduce themselves to the kids and share in the joys of forming new friendships and positively affecting these youths’ lives.  “We really enjoy the relationship that we have developed with Oasis Elementary School and the 4th grade classes,” Sandy emphasizes.  “These kids are wonderful and truly appreciate everything we provide for them.  We look forward to coming back throughout the course of the school year to give the students their seasonal gifts and to share in the exciting experience of coming of age.”

When the La Quinta offices began visiting Oasis Elementary School, it was located on a dirt road with scant resources and did not have working heating or air conditioning.  Bennion Deville Homes agents learned that only one of the four 4th grade classes received outside support, so the offices rallied together to provide the other three classes and the special education students with the supplies they needed to complete the school year.  Today, Oasis Elementary School has grown into a beautiful campus with an excellent faculty and staff, and, thanks in part to the generosity of donations from businesses and organizations like Bennion Deville Homes’ La Quinta offices, more resources for the kids to enjoy. In addition to the back-to-school trip, members of the La Quinta offices visit the kids in December to give the children toys and supplies, and then again at the end of the school year for some fun and games, as well as to donate books for summer reading.

“We are proud of what the La Quinta offices have created with Oasis Elementary School,” says Bob Deville, Co-Founder of Bennion Deville Homes.  “We truly enjoy giving back to our local community, and what Sandy and her offices have built with the kids and their families throughout the years is remarkable.  We commend them for continuing with the annual tradition of bringing these kids much needed, and well deserved, supplies and goodies.  We look forward to continuing our connection with Oasis Elementary and wish all of the students luck in the coming school year.”
