Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes Broker Associate Victoria Hindley to the Laguna Niguel office.

Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes Broker Associate Victoria Hindley to the Laguna Niguel office, located at 27941 La Paz Road, Suite A. Victoria earned her real estate license in 2001 and her broker’s license in 2013, and has been involved with the business her entire professional career. She works with home buyers and sellers throughout Orange County and utilizes her native knowledge of the local communities to help guide her clients to an informed real estate decision.

Over the course of her career, Victoria has applied her love of real estate to help people get to the next level of their lives. Whether that assistance came through running an appraisal management company, as a real estate agent, or starting her own brokerage, Victoria finds the true reward in real estate is the sense of accomplishment at the end of each transaction. “I love the gratification that comes with selling someone’s home or matching a buyer with a new place to call home,” she says.

As a seasoned real estate professional, Victoria understands what it takes to provide an elite, polished experience for her clients. “I am very methodical with my clients and enjoy a more personable, hands-on approach. Making clients feel comfortable is a must because of the nature of the business and some of the stresses that can pop up over the course of the transaction process. You have to be there for clients and in constant, open communication to create a seamless experience,” Victoria continues. Countless clients have complimented Victoria on her equally personable and professional approach in “partnering” with them to achieve the best possible end result in both their buying and selling real estate goals.

With a strong foundation that touches on a wide range of disciplines within the real estate industry, Victoria is in an exceptional position to help her clients. “My appraisal background allows me to know a good value when I see it, and to guide my clients toward hidden gems in the market. I can also help my clients with pricing standards when listing their homes for sale to draw strong interest while maximizing the sale price.” She also perfected her marketing and copywriting skills with an advertising firm, sharpening her promotion tools and developing a vibrant creative touch.

Continuing her passion for helping others, Victoria gives back to her local community by donating her time and resources to Mission Hospital where she works with the Valiant Women Foundation, a cause that is incredibly important to her personally. “We raise money for scholarships for nurses through various fundraisers throughout the year. I wanted to give back to the people and the profession that saved the life of a family member, so I was inspired to take up the cause and help them any way that I could,” Victoria adds.

Bennion Deville Homes is the right fit for Victoria for several reasons. “I had an instant connection with Sandi [Richardson, Managing Broker]. The office culture is so friendly and personable, and the office’s central location is a bonus. However, the biggest deciding factor for me was having the opportunity to work so closely with an onsite, non-competing broker,” concludes Victoria.

Adds Sandi, “On behalf of our Laguna Niguel family, I am excited to welcome Victoria. Her broad background and expertise in unique aspects of our industry will be a boon to her clients, as well as our office. We look forward to working with her and wish her a prosperous 2016 and beyond.”

Bennion Deville Homes Welcomes Toni Carter

Realtor Toni Carter joins the Laguna Niguel office of Bennion Deville Homes.
Bennion Deville Homes welcomes Realtor Toni Carter to the Laguna Niguel office.

Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes Realtor Toni Carter to the Laguna Niguel office, located at 27941 La Paz Road, Suite A. Toni, who also holds a B.F.A. in Art History with an emphasis in Architecture, works with buyers and sellers throughout Orange County.

Prior to making the leap into real estate full time professionally, Toni successfully sold her personal homes and completed house flips, which inspired her to make real estate her next career move. “I was able to market my homes and control the pace of viewings to maximize sale prices, so I knew real estate sales was an area where I would excel,” she states. Toni’s experience with home rehab was also the springboard that launched her boutique interior design firm, where she furnished and decorated a variety of spaces, from single rooms to full houses.

Toni’s background in art, architecture, and interior design gives her a unique, professional eye to help her clients both buy and sell property. “I can see the potential in all homes, which allows me to help my clients visualize the possibilities in a home they are interested in buying or with listing their home for sale. My job with any listing is to maximize the home’s appeal and create that emotional attachment for homebuyers through the lifestyle displayed within the home by accentuating its best features. Staging is crucial to selling a home because you are presenting it in the best light possible.” she adds.

In addition to her passion for architecture and design, Toni enjoys helping others accomplish their goals. As a result, she employs a distinct, personal style of client service. “I approach my clients with an open personality, which is essential to establishing the rapport and trust required to building a solid, lasting relationship.” Toni’s days as a certified mediator for the University of Georgia have given her the skills to quickly create strong relationships and a high level of comfort with her clients. “I learned to be an excellent communicator. Listening, especially in real estate, is the key to creating a happy client.” Toni’s mediation expertise also comes in handy at the negotiating table, bringing both sides together to form an amicable agreement while keeping client interests in mind.

In her spare time, Toni enjoys giving back to her community through her church, where she is actively involved in service outreach, and also as a volunteer art instructor at her son’s school. “I really enjoy teaching the art classes to kids and cultivating their interest in drawing. At church, we do a variety of service projects around Orange County to improve the quality of life in the neighborhoods we help. It is important to give back any way that you can, and I want to set the right example for my son and teach him to be selfless.”

Toni heard about Bennion Deville Homes by visiting open houses in her neighborhood and meeting agents from the brokerage. “I thought about which brokerage to join based on my decision-making process as a consumer and who I would prefer to use. I was impressed with the quality of professionals within the brokerage and the boutique feel to the branding of the company,” Toni concludes.

Adds Sandi Richardson, Managing Broker, “Toni’s impressive background in both business and creative design, coupled with her ability to connect with people instantly, will drive her success in this business. We are excited to welcome Toni to our Laguna Niguel office family and look forward to working with her.”

Realtor Becky Green joins the La Mesa Village office of Bennion Deville Homes
Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes Realtor Becky Green to the La Mesa Village office.

Bennion Deville Homes welcomes Realtor Becky Green to the La Mesa Village office, located at 8277 La Mesa Boulevard. A San Diego native, Becky earned her real estate license in 2004 and works with home buyers and sellers throughout San Diego, specializing in the east county communities of La Mesa and San Carlos. She earned a degree in Anthropology and is working toward completing her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtorsâ. In addition to seniors, Becky relishes the opportunity to work with first-time homebuyers and is “honored to be a part of their first real estate experience.”

With an education and background in cultural anthropology, Becky approaches real estate from a different angle. “I believe that each house has its own unique character and soul,” she says. “I love matching the character of a house to the distinct personality and lifestyle of my client.” Her experience also gives her an appreciation for older properties, and she enjoys teaching the importance of preserving these unique, historical buildings.

Becky is in-tune with her clients at all times throughout a transaction, and believes in getting to truly know someone in order to produce the best results for them. As a result, she takes a hands-on approach with client service. “Listening to people is vital. You have to be patient and thorough with the process. I am here for my clients every step of the way,” Becky adds. In addition, Becky takes her role of guardian very seriously. “You have to be incredibly detail-oriented in order to protect your clients legally. I explain every item and answer all questions a client may have so they fully understand what is going and can make an informed decision.”

As a champion of San Diego and its rich history, Becky is working on a project for the San Carlos library called “San Carlos Gone By” (www.sancarlosgoneby.com). She is putting together a collection of San Carlos photos, memorabilia, and stories from the ‘60s and ‘70s in San Carlos, which will hopefully be displayed in 2017.

Becky joins Bennion Deville Homes due to the brokerage’s excellent agent support on many levels. “Our Managing Broker [Dan Hill] is there for us at all times and is completely responsive to emails and texts. The fact that he is non-competing and available to help us along the way is a true asset,” she concludes.

Adds Dan, “We are excited to welcome Becky to our growing La Mesa Village family. Her strong, diverse background in real estate coupled with her personal approach to service makes her a solid addition to our team.”

Bennion Deville Homes Welcomes Judy Rowles

August 10, 2016

Realtor Judy Rowles joins the Carmel Valley office of Bennion Deville Homes
Bennion Deville Homes welcomes Realtor Judy Rowles to the Carmel Valley office.

Bennion Deville Homes proudly welcomes Realtor Judy Rowles to the Carmel Valley office, located at 12925 El Camino Real, Suite J27. Judy joins Daniel Greer Homes, specializing in the communities of Carmel Valley and Rancho Santa Fe.

Prior to earning her real estate license, Judy, who holds a Bachelors of Arts from UCSD and a Juris Doctorate from UC Berkeley Law School, was a real estate attorney. “I am excited to help people in a different aspect of the industry,” Judy states. “As an attorney, I helped resolve real estate issues between two parties. As a real estate agent, I get to help people accomplish their real estate goals. This positive shift in roles is refreshing and exciting for me and for my career.” In addition to her experience working on the legal side of real estate, Judy also has owned and operated an interior design firm, giving her expertise on a breadth of subjects within residential real estate.

As a seasoned professional, Judy understands the importance of client service and its role in the real estate process. “Listening to client needs and being available and responsive are critical to any business, but especially real estate. By taking a proactive approach, I show my clients that I am invested in their success and that I have accomplishing their goals as my top priority.” In addition, Judy cites networking as a key quality of successful real estate professionals. “By growing my personal and professional network, I am strengthening my business by increasing the number of quality resources I can provide my clients. This propels my business forward because I become my clients’ go-to contact for all things real estate and I can better help them with their needs.”

Judy’s previous experiences in real estate are also a boon to her clients. She can help identify legal red flags in a transaction and refer clients to contacts who can assist them. She also brings a creative eye to help her clients visualize the possibilities in a space or stage their home. “I love staging and playing with the creative side of the business. Even de-cluttering a home can help present it in the best light possible and make it more appealing to buyers. For my home-buying clients, I can provide ideas to improve a space and explore its potential,” continues Judy. In addition, Judy has personal experience buying and selling rental and investment properties, giving her anecdotal insight she uses to assist clients who are looking to make a smart investment.

When Judy isn’t helping someone with their real estate needs, she is giving back to her community, donating her time and resources to several local organizations, including Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, Voices for Children (as a Court Appointed Special Advocate), Rancho Santa Fe Women’s Fund, and Trojan League of San Diego. “I want to live a purpose-driven life and do what I can do to improve the lives of others in my community. I enjoy helping children because they are the most vulnerable in our society. By helping those in need early on, we can help set them up for a better future,” Judy adds.

Judy’s career path led to Bennion Deville Homes because of her personal connection to Daniel Greer. “Daniel was the one who encouraged me to get my real estate license and to join Bennion Deville Homes. I had heard a lot of good things about our brokerage from Daniel and he convinced me it was the perfect fit for me. I enjoy the agent support, the innovative tools, and the excellent opportunities for agent education and training,” Judy concludes.

Adds Managing Broker Kirk Gregor, “Judy’s deep history with real estate both professionally and personally, along with her understanding of multiple areas within the industry, makes her a Swiss Army Knife for her clients. We are happy to welcome her to our Bennion Deville Homes family.”
