Born and raised in California's Silicon Valley, Dan grew up in the epicenter of the ongoing technology revolution. His experience includes managing the customer service/technical support divisions for both George Lucas (LucasArts electronic gaming division) and Electronic Arts, one of the largest video game publishers in the world. Under Dan's management, his department was awarded Call Center Magazine's 'Best Call Center of the Year' Award in 1998.
