For sellers, the relationship begins with educating them on the current market state and providing my opinion on their property's highest market value. Then I go to work to professionally market the property, counsel the seller's on it's preparation for sale, and once listed, I personally present the property to all potential buyers. Offers received are professionally negotiated to acceptance, followed by my diligent management of the escrow process to a successful close.

I grew up in a small, rural community near Johnstown, Pennsylvania. I earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh and completed my postgraduate master's degree at Cornell University. Following a long stint working in the Washington, DC area, I also lived in Chadds Ford, PA, Carefree, AZ and Seattle, WA. I found my Palm Springs Home and made my Dream Home in Palm Springs at the start of 2000.
