Paul Yanchar worked for a specialty chemical company in northeast Ohio before retiring after 35 years of service. His last 10 years he supervised an R&D laboratory managing and mentoring 25 technicians in a 24/7 environment with a yearly testing budget of $20 million.
Paul and his spouse moved to Palm Springs in 2017 after enjoying a vacation home in the desert since 1999. His desire to stay active led him to join the board of his HOA and he filled the President’s role for two years.
Not quite feeling fulfilled, he decided to study to attain his California real estate license and work with a close friend who has been a Palm Springs real estate agent for several years. Paul’s love of working with people and helping them achieve their goals combined with his passion for homes and the desert lifestyle makes real estate a natural career progression. His experience as a supervisor and mentor in a detail-oriented field suits him well as he works with sellers to help them market and successfully sell their homes and with buyers to help them find the home of their dreams.
