James is from a Family of Real Estate veterans as his grandfather started Macke Real Estate in 1955 and his mother Beverly continued in his footsteps, making James the 3rd generation Real Estate veteran. He is an Indian Wells resident - since 1995, and started his career in the Coachella Valley. His education includes Wasatch Academy in Utah and Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Az. James entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of the Building and Real Estate industries will serve him well as he has adapted to this ever-changing industry and has successfully done that through recessions and volatile market conditions. Giving back to the community is an important part of his life. A sampling of his professional memberships have included: Board Member Builder Industry Association, Board Member of Home Aid of America (serving and helping homeless, Executive Committee Never of KB Home Mortgage and Mason-McDuffie Mortgage. Co-Chair for BIA Sales and Marketing Committee, and Chair member for Hope at the Point Foundation. James is well rounded, very personable, father of James Jr. and Elizabeth, and enjoys hiking, tennis and travels.
