Maria Capri-Horsman, a California native, has been in the real estate field since 1985. She became a licensed Realtor in 1996. Maria earned her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Southern California in Finance with a minor in RE Development. Maria’s real estate career includes sales of residential single family homes, representing custom homebuilders, and new home sales in large subdivisions. She specializes in the communities of La Quinta, Indio, and Coachella. Maria visited Palm Springs since she was a teenager before buying their home in the desert in 2012. Additionally, Maria and her husband lived in British Columbia, Canada. Maria studied at the University of British Columbia and obtained her Real Estate license in 2001. Shortly thereafter, she joined a well respected RE Brokerage firm, Royal LePage. Maria was selected to a sales team that represented a prominent Real Estate Developer by the name of Lakewood Homes which developed large communities in Vancouver BC. Maria and the Sales team were responsible for the successful completion of all home sales. The team also sold RE in the resale market. Her husband retired & they relocated back to CA in 2012. Maria is a Dual Citizen of the US & Canada. Her personal and professional background gives her the perfect blend of experience, professionalism and knowledge to work with clients from many cultures and countries. In addition to her commitment to delivering high quality service, Maria has a ferocious work ethic. At the age of 12 she worked at her family’s business. This work ethic allowed her to study full time while working two jobs to put herself through University. Maria still carries that desire to work hard each day to the benefit of her clients.
