What I perceive as self-motivation, enthusiasm, communication skills, detail-oriented and focusing on the clients’ needs to characterize the development of my career on benefitting. Once, I have met the client, the priority is to assist them with the right information, update and advise them regarding the current marketing conditions and the negotiation process. I am not limited to analyze the actual economic situation of the clientele; I do the best to educate buyers and sellers with all aspects of the housing market. Also, I am focusing to provide them with the right alignment to their most convenient decisions. I have drafted, reviewed, and executed confidential documents to contracts and disclosures for a successful transaction. Gathering client’s confidential information is an important aspect to facilitate the buying and selling process. My job includes the use of the Multiple Listing Services, MLS, to offer the most accurate properties available to my buyers as the major exposure to my sellers. I am a member of the local Association of Realtors in the City of Palm Desert, as a Realtor, I have the fiduciary responsibility to my clientele. Maintain a positive relationship between clients is one of my top goals. For sellers, I evaluate the property’s condition, taking the pictures property, advertising the property on the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, by giving a wide range of exposure, conducted open houses, and identify prospective buyers. Present the best offers to the seller. For Buyers, I find the right property, negotiate the offer, refer to other professionals, help overcome seatbacks.
