Adrian has been a real estate professional since 2004. He began his career as a Realtor in residential sales in Minnesota after leaving a 13 year career in law enforcement with the San Diego Sheriff's Department. Adrian is a San Diegan and moved back to California in 2008, where he began working with Windermere in La Mesa after falling in love with their love for the community and boutique office atmosphere. Adrian is an advocate to both buyers and sellers alike and believes it's best not to, "work for a client" but "with them". Real estate transactions are a collaboration between agent and client. It's the only way to maintain proper communication throughout the experience. Adrian has a business plan that includes giving back when he can. He offers his clients the opportunity to choose a non-political/religious, not-for-profit organization, to which he will make a contribution for the betterment of the community. Adrian enjoys being active and participating in outdoor activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding and hiking local trails. He also loves cooking and is a big food network junkie. When it comes to Bucket Lists or Vision Boards, Adrian would like to fulfill a dream of opening a community garden. His fondest memories growing up are of helping his grandmother in her vegetable garden and planting his own when he bought his first house. Adrian would like to inspire people of all ages to eat more healthful and know where their food comes from. Starting a community garden is a wonderful way to stimulate goodwill within neighborhoods and is a great way to socialize and connect with people you live near. When it comes to real estate, Adrian is a great choice. He's dynamic and caring and truly wants you to be happy. His success is measured by your happiness so it's a win win for everyone.
