As a graduate of the distinguished Entrepreneur Program from the University of Southern California, Brian matched his passion for real estate with a business degree from one of the top universities in the world. Licensed in California since 2000, his career includes residential, commercial, asset management and commercial finance experience. Brian's real estate career started in Orange County, CA as part of a team with one of the regions top producers, responsible for selling over 200 residential properties per year. He later was recruited into the commercial real estate industry by Colliers International in Downtown Los Angeles. His work there primarily focused on Class A office leasing for tenants and landlords, as well as helping prominent business owners find appropriate real estate assets to purchase for their investment portfolios or to operate their businesses. Brian later worked for several firms helping manage bank-owned residential portfolios. He was often responsible for over 100 properties in various markets across the country, creating appropriate value analysis, rehabilitation consideration, offer negotiation and vendor responsibilities for hundreds of residential properties. Brian later worked for a prominent commercial finance company, conducting feasibility analysis for a top broker who regularly placed over $100 million in commercial financing, with emphasis on multifamily portfolios. Brian eventually moved full time to the Palm Springs area in 2012. He enjoys working with people looking to buy, sell or rent homes here in the Greater Palm Springs area. He also works with investors looking to examine local real estate options. Brian is motivated to create a stellar experience for all of his clients.
