While attending college, Greg’s work in hospitality and event management led to his first job in real estate as a site locator and development agent for major national restaurant chains including Hard Rock Cafe, Cheesecake Company and Olive Garden to name a few. His success in these commercial developments led to his quick promotion becoming an Executive Vice President where he grew his business unit by 35% a year for the twelve years of his administration. Greg’s success led to subsequent executive positions with real estate development companies in Southern California specializing in commercial business, golf courses and luxury home development nationwide.
